Appointments & Booking
Book online or give us a call. Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have space.
Each appointment is time set aside just for you, so arriving on time keeps us on schedule for everyone.
Booking more than one service, or for more than one person? Just tell us how many guests so we can reserve enough time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Plans change. We understand. Please give us at least 1 hour's notice to cancel or reschedule, online or by phone.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
- More than 10 minutes late without 1 hour's notice may be marked as a no-show.
- After 3 no-shows, we'll welcome you on a walk-in basis only. We can't hold advance bookings.
Children & Guests
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of their children.
Our waiting area is small, so we can only seat a limited number of guests who aren't being serviced.
Pets
Please don't bring pets into the salon. Service animals, such as guide dogs, are always welcome.
Pricing & Nail Art
Extension prices are for short length and don't include nail art (French, ombré, flowers and the like). Show us an inspiration photo and we'll quote you before we start.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be bought and used at this location only. We're not able to accept gift cards purchased at another branch.
Payment & Refunds
Nail care is a service, not a product, so payments are non-refundable. Instead, we stand behind our work with the One-Week Fix Guarantee below.
One-Week Fix Guarantee
If your gel, acrylic or other long-lasting treatment chips or peels within 7 days, we'll fix it free.
- Just contact us within 7 days to book your complimentary fix.
- Regular polish on hands isn't covered, as it wears sooner.
- A charge may apply if the damage is from improper care.

We want every visit to feel calm and friendly, so we kindly ask guests to treat our team and fellow clients with courtesy and respect.
We don't tolerate rude, insulting or abusive behaviour, and may decline service for this, or for an unpaid balance from a previous visit. Thank you for helping us keep a happy space for all.
