At Pedi N Nails London, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. Unfortunately, due to the increasing number of no-show appointments, we have had to implement the following policy:

• LATE ARRIVALS: IF YOU’RE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE WITHOUT 1 HOUR NOTICE, YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE CANCELED AND MARKED AS A NO- SHOW
• BOOKING LIMIT: AFTER 3 NO-SHOWS, WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WE WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY SERVICES.

FIXING

We want you to love your nails! That’s why we offer a One-Week Fix Guarantee on select services.

One-Week Fix Guarantee

If your gel, acrylic, or long-lasting nail treatment chips or peels within 7 days, we’ll fix it for free.

Please note:

• Regular nail polish on hands is not covered due to its shorter wear time.
• For the complimentary fix, the original colour will be used. If you wish to change the colour, an additional fee may apply.

How to Request a Fix

Contact us within 7 days to schedule your complimentary fix.

Please Note : A charge may apply if damage is due to improper care.
