NO-SHOW POLICY
At Pedi N Nails London, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. Unfortunately, due to the increasing number of no-show appointments, we have had to implement the following policy:
- LATE ARRIVALS: IF YOU’RE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE WITHOUT 1 HOUR’S NOTICE, YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE CANCELED AND MARKED AS A NO-SHOW
- BOOKING LIMIT: AFTER 3 NO-SHOWS, WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WE WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY SERVICES.
FIXING
We want you to love your nails! That’s why we offer a One-Week Fix Guarantee on select services.
One-Week Fix Guarantee
If your gel, acrylic, or long-lasting nail treatment chips or peels within 7 days, we’ll fix it for free.
Please note:
- Regular nail polish on hands is not covered due to its shorter wear time.
- For the complimentary fix, the original colour will be used. If you wish to change the colour, an additional fee may apply.

Please note: A charge may apply if damage is due to improper care.
CODE OF CONDUCT & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
To maintain a respectful and professional environment for everyone, Pedi N Nails London reserves the right to deny service and block any client from future bookings if they display any form of misconduct, disrespect, bad faith, or inappropriate behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, rudeness, aggression, dishonesty, or any action that negatively affects our team or salon environment.
